Lev Import
Pulls Lev data into a staging area first — nothing touches your lender profiles until you approve it in step 4. On the current Standard API tier the directory endpoint is capped at 30 requests/day (steps 1 & 2 share it) and programs have a separate daily cap — so a full pull is slow until Lev raises your tier (help@lev.com).
Data maintenance
Re-normalize every program's controlled fields (use of proceeds, property types, recourse, rate, etc.) to the canonical lists — fixes drifted values like "Value-Add (existing structure)". Non-destructive: values that can't be matched are left untouched and listed in the browser console for review.
1 · Directory — 30 requests/day cap
Pulls Lev's Debt Funds, Hard Money lenders, and Life Insurance companies (~1/10 of the directory — banks are skipped for now) into staging, deduped against the lenders you already have.
2 · Programs — pull to review — capped daily
Pulls programs 10 lenders at a time (your existing Lev-sourced lenders first) and stages them for review — nothing is added to a lender yet. Runs until Lev's daily cap stops it, then tells you the cap. Resumes tomorrow.
Changed a mapping rule? Re-map recomputes every staged program from the data already stored — fixes the mapped fields with no API calls / no cap.
3 · Review & approve
Review each staged program below. Approve adds it to the lender (creating the lender if it's new); Reject discards it. Approving never deletes an existing program.
4 · Find duplicate programs — read-only
After importing, flags any fund with 2+ programs that share the same capital type, program, and use of proceeds — likely the same program imported twice. Changes nothing; open the fund to reconcile by hand.
